“मध्यपश्चिम विश्वविद्यालयमा दुई शोधार्थी विद्यावारिधि उपाधिका लागि सफल”
मिति २०८३ साल साउन ३० गते मध्यपश्चिम विश्वविद्यालय, ग्र्याजुएट स्कुल अफ म्यानेजमेन्टमा दुई शोधार्थीको विद्यावारिधि तहको अन्तिम मौखिक परीक्षा सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भएको छ।
शोधार्थी हरिन्द्र के.सी. ले “नेपालको कर्णाली प्रदेशको बैंकिङ तथा बीमा क्षेत्रमा कर्मचारी सशक्तीकरण, नैतिक वातावरण र संगठनात्मक सहयोगको कर्मचारी टिकाइमा प्रभाव” तथा गोविन्द के.सी. ले “नेपालको कर्णाली प्रदेशका आदिवासी जनजातिहरूमा उद्यमशील व्यवहार” शीर्षकमा आ-आफ्नो शोध प्रस्तुत गरी सफलतापूर्वक प्रतिरक्षा गर्नुभएको हो।
ग्र्याजुएट स्कुल अफ म्यानेजमेन्टका डिन तथा अनुसन्धान समितिका अध्यक्ष सह-प्रा. डा. पूर्णमान श्रेष्ठज्यूको अध्यक्षतामा सम्पन्न अन्तिम मौखिक परीक्षामा अनुसन्धान समितिका सदस्य, शोध निर्देशक तथा बाह्य मूल्याङ्कनकर्ताहरूको उपस्थिति रहेको थियो। कार्यक्रममा समितिका सदस्य प्रा. डा. नारायण प्रसाद पौडेल, प्रा. डा. चन्द्र प्रसाद रिजाल सह-प्रा. डा. अमृत कुमार शर्मा गैरे, सह-प्रा. डा. आनन्द प्रसाद सुवेदी उपस्थित रहनुभएको थियो।
बाह्य मूल्याङ्कनकर्ताका रूपमा प्रा. डा. भोजराज आर्याल, प्रा. डा. अरहन स्थापित र प्रा. डा. नितिन पाठक सहभागी हुनुहुन्थ्यो।
सफल शोधार्थीदयलाई सोही अवसरमा व्यवस्थापन विषयमा विधावारीधि उपाधी प्रदान गरियो ।
साथै उक्त कार्यक्रममा डा. हरिन्द्र के.सी. र डा. गोविन्द के.सी. लाई सफल विद्यावारिधि प्रतिरक्षाका लागि हार्दिक बधाई तथा आगामी शैक्षिक एवं अनुसन्धान यात्राका लागि शुभकामना व्यक्त गरिएको थियो।
“Two Researchers Successfully Complete Doctoral Defense at Mid-West University”
On August 14, 2026, the final viva-voce examination for two doctoral researchers was successfully conducted at the Graduate School of Management, Mid-West University.
Researcher Harendra K. C. successfully defended his research titled “The Impact of Employee Empowerment, Ethical Climate, and Organizational Support on Employee Retention in Banking and Insurance Sector of Karnali Province, Nepal,” while Govinda K. C. successfully defended his research titled “Entrepreneurial Behavior among Indigenous Peoples in Karnali Province, Nepal.”
The final viva-voce was conducted under the chairmanship of Asso. Prof. Dr. Purnaman Shrestha, Dean of the Graduate School of Management and Chairperson of the Research Committee, in the presence of members of the Research Committee, dissertation supervisors, and external evaluators. The committee members present at the program were Prof. Dr. Narayan Prasad Poudel, Prof. Dr. Chandra Prasad Rijal, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Amrit Kumar Sharma Gaire, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anand Prasad Subedi. The external evaluators were Prof. Dr. Bhoj Raj Aryal, Prof. Dr. Arhan Sthapit, and Prof. Dr. Nitin Pathak.
The two successful researchers were awarded doctoral degrees in Management.
On the occasion, Dr. Harendra K. C. and Dr. Govinda K. C. were congratulated on their successful doctoral defenses and extended best wishes for their future academic and research endeavors.
